• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Registering with false details will cause problems during KYC verification later.
• Keeping your login password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact vc33 Support immediately.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal. You may be required to upload a photo of your National ID or passport.
• If multiple members of the same household wish to use vc33, each person must have a separate email address, phone number, and payment method.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only. Claiming it repeatedly through duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is typically 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to bets placed with bonus funds. Bonuses can generally only be used on bets with odds of 1.50 or higher.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vc33. Engaging in any one of them may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

• Using vc33 for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.

Vc33's website, app, logo, designs, content, and software are entirely the intellectual property of vc33. No user or third party may carry out any of the following actions.

• Creating fake sites or apps using vc33's logo, brand name, or designs.
• Copying, reverse engineering, or modifying vc33's software or source code.
• Republishing or using vc33 content for commercial purposes without prior permission.
• Spreading false or misleading information in the name of vc33.

11 Limitation of Liability

Vc33 strives to deliver the highest quality of service, but we acknowledge that there are circumstances beyond our control.

• Vc33 is not liable for issues arising from internet disconnections or problems on the user's device.
• Vc33's direct liability is limited in cases of delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
